This introductory two-day workshop is for anyone interested in understanding how Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) can re-address the balance between negative thinking to positive well-being.
CBT is currently one of the recommended approaches by NHS NICE Guidelines to collaboratively treat disorders such as anxiety and depression, by putting the person and the therapist at the centre of the work.
